What You’ll Do:

• Research Digital Products: Explore markets for digital products, such as gift cards, focusing on availability, pricing, and competitors.
• Collect & Analyse Data: Gather key details like product specs, market trends, and redemption processes.
• Follow Workflows: Execute tasks within established processes with accuracy and independence while also having the opportunity to share ideas for enhancing workflows and making processes more efficient.
• Create Reports: Present findings in transparent, structured formats for marketing, procurement, and other teams within the organization.
• Stay Updated: Keep up with new trends in digital products and the e-commerce industry.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Market Research, E-commerce, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in product research, market analysis, or a similar role within a research-intensive industry. Experience with digital products is highly desirable.
• Experience with Secondary research methods and tools related to market research.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis tools, market research platforms, and product testing software and the ability to handle large datasets efficiently.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data, identify trends, and translate them into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English for presenting research findings and influencing product decisions.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product management, marketing, procurement, and other internal stakeholders.
• Familiarity with specific markets and consumer behaviors relevant to the company’s products is a plus, with a strong commitment to continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
