Responsibilities:
• Product Understanding and Analysis:
• Conduct in-depth research to understand products, including their usage, category, and customer base.
• Identify key product features, goals, and challenges from a user perspective.
• Analyze product taxonomy and determine subscription models and target demographics.
• Content Analysis and Creation:
• Develop content strategies, including FAQs, terms of use, and product guides, to enhance customer engagement.
• Research and compile relevant information to support product positioning and conversion optimization.
• Collaborate with design and legal teams to produce and approve visual content.
• Use Case and Scenario Development:
• Develop detailed use cases for products to showcase their benefits and address customer pain points.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure use cases align with customer requirements and company goals.
• Cross-Department Coordination:
• Work closely with marketing, product, and support teams to share insights and ensure alignment on product strategies.
• Provide product briefs, FAQs, and other support materials to relevant teams.
• Visual Content Design and Optimization:
• Assist in designing and optimizing images and videos for products, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
• Work with creative teams to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of product content.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Utilize data analysis tools to interpret research findings and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare reports and presentations to communicate research outcomes and recommendations to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
• Experience in product research, content creation, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and content development skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English is preferred.
