Customer Service Support

Job description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Support Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist customers with product information, order status, and troubleshooting.
  • Resolve customer complaints by identifying the issue and implementing effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns and enhance service quality.
  • Provide feedback on customer trends and issues to help improve processes.
  • Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service and chat support is essential.
  • Fluency in both English (written and verbal) is a must.
  • Strong multitasking abilities, particularly in managing several chat conversations simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot in real-time.
  • Familiarity with customer service tools such as Zoho Desk, or other chat platforms.
  • A positive attitude and genuine passion for helping customers.
  • Work rotational shifts & weekends.
  • Experience in e-commerce or technical support is a plus.
  • Strong team collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting.
