About:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal
Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
providing legal advice, with specific experience in B2B contracts. Familiarity
with B2C contracts will be considered an advantage. The successful candidate
should possess extensive knowledge and expertise in commercial and business
law, as well as the ability to create contracts for new businesses and revise
existing contracts.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in law or
relevant certification.
- 4+ years of proven
experience as a Legal Advisor or similar role.
- In-depth understanding and
experience in providing legal advice on B2B and B2C contracts.
- Strong knowledge of
commercial and business law, including corporate law, contract law,
intellectual property, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
- Experience in drafting and
revising contracts, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and
mitigate legal risks.
- Familiarity with
international law and experience in revising and creating contracts with
companies based in various jurisdictions, such as the UK, UAE, and others.
- Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide
practical legal solutions.
Job Description:
- Offer professional legal
counsel and guidance regarding B2B and B2C contracts, ensuring adherence to
applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Provide expert advice on
corporate law matters, including corporate governance, mergers and
acquisitions, and compliance with corporate regulations.
- Thoroughly examine and
modify existing contracts to address any legal or regulatory issues, ensuring
accuracy, clarity, and safeguarding the company's interests.
- Collaborate with internal
teams like business development, finance, and procurement to identify legal
risks and develop effective contract and corporate strategies.
- Work closely with external
legal partners, such as law firms and attorneys, to acquire specialized legal
advice and assistance as needed.
- Stay updated on changes in
relevant laws, regulations, and industry practices, and proactively communicate
these updates to the appropriate internal stakeholders.
- Research and analyze legal
issues related to international law, particularly in relation to contract
creation and corporate law matters with companies based in UK, UAE, and other
jurisdictions.
