This is a full-time on-site role for a Content Creator at Ulemt located in New Cairo. The Content Creator will be responsible for creating and managing content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and blogs. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand content needs and develop engaging and informative content. The Content Creator will also be responsible for conducting research, writing and editing content, and implementing SEO strategies.

Responsibilities

• Research: Conduct in-depth research on industry-related topics.
• Content Creation: Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms.
• Marketing Copy: Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our products.
• SEO Content: Ensure content is error-free and optimized for SEO.
• Audience Insights: Identify customer needs and recommend new content topics.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles.
• Analytics: Measure web traffic to content and make data-driven decisions.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven work experience as a Content Creator or similar role.
• Portfolio of published articles.
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g., WordPress).
• Excellent writing and editing skills in English.
• Ability to fact-check long-form content.
• Familiarity with SEO.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, Journalism, or a relevant field.

Role Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Project Manager to oversee multiple IT projects within our dynamic company. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants in order to deliver projects according to plan.

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
• Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
• Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.
• Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
• Track project milestones and deliverables.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
• Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
• Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project.
• Conduct project post mortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements.

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree or master's degree in a related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Proven experience in project management in the IT sector.
• Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Experience seeing projects through the full life cycle.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
• Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
• Strong organizational skills.
