A Customer Support English ( Email & Chat ) representative is a professional who provides excellent customer service and support through email and chat platforms, by resolving customer queries, issues, and complaints, and providing product and service information, guidance, and solutions . .

Responsibilities

  • Handle Chats in Arabic and English based on the needs of the customer
  • Handle inbound and outbound live Chat, Mail and What's App inquiries from Arabic and English speaking Health Care Professionals
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction rates
  • Triage and transfer the Chats as necessary to external departments
  • Provide feedback to help improve scripting and process to Supervisor

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or any relevant educational degree
  • Min 6 months -1 year experience in customer service
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills, communication skills, problem solving & active listening skills.
  • Ability to work changing shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Computer Literacy (E mailing, MS Office, MS Project, Internet, etc.)
  • Excellent command of English & Arabic Spoken & Written
