As the Digital Marketing Director at AR-Pay, you will play a
pivotal role in shaping and executing our digital marketing strategy. You will
lead and mentor the Content Writers, social media Team, and SEO Team, ensuring
alignment with company goals. This position requires a strategic thinker with a
deep understanding of e-commerce in the digital products space.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, inspire, and manage a team of Content Writers, Social
Media Specialists, and SEO Experts.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment,
promoting professional growth and development within the teams.
- Coordinate and align efforts to ensure cohesive and
effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Develop and implement a content strategy that resonates with
the target audience and enhances AR-Pay's online presence.
- Oversee the creation of compelling and SEO-optimized content
for product descriptions, blog posts, and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute a social media strategy to increase
brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and implement innovative
campaigns to drive user acquisition and retention.
- Analyze social media metrics to assess the success of
campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Lead the SEO team in developing and implementing strategies
to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic.
- Stay updated on industry trends and search engine algorithms
to ensure AR-Pay maintains a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with the technical team to implement SEO best
practices on the website.
- Utilize data analytics tools to measure the performance of
digital marketing campaigns.
- Generate insights and recommendations to refine strategies
for optimal results.
- Provide regular reports to stakeholders on key performance
indicators.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce and digital products.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams.
- In-depth knowledge of content marketing, social media, and SEO best practices.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Years of experience at least 5 years.
